Customer Service Representative

We are hiring a part-time customer service representative. $10/hour for 20 hours per week.  If you excel, you can work toward a bonus or even commission for over achievers. Work from home after 7 days of training.  Must have a a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. fully functioning cell phone and laptop/computer to perform this job. Must have a high school diploma, excellent customer service skills, and a great attitude.Must pay close attention to detail, have excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Prior work in Shipping/Receiving, Loading, Warehouse, Movers, etc. is a plus. 

  Position starts next week.  Duties will consist of:

  • Contact customers
  • Define the Scope of the Project
  • Acquire Logistics to report to Manager
  • Get quote from Manager
  • Contact customer with quote
  • Negotiate Shipping Rate according to Manager’s Rates
  • Make arrangements for delivery/pickup
